Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking motivated individuals for its Sales-in-Training program. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full senior living sales process, receive mentorship from experienced leaders, and advance toward a Sales Counselor role within the Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston markets.

This six-month, paid development program emphasizes structured learning, real-world experience, and progression through milestone assessments across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, hospitality, customer service, leasing, admissions, healthcare, or relationship-focused roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the complete senior living sales process from inquiry through move-in.
• Manage short- and long-term prospect follow-up.
• Conduct outbound outreach calls and assist with converting inquiries to appointments and tours.
• Support occupancy and average daily census growth initiatives.
• Assist with sales presentations, appointments, and community tours.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community contacts.
• Participate in outreach, referrals, marketing activities, and events.
• Maintain accurate lead, referral, and sales activity documentation in CRM.
