Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Sales Coordinator to grow our community by turning inquiries into tours and tours into move-ins. You will build trust with prospects, families, and referrals while presenting the community with professionalism and care.

You’ll respond quickly, collaborate with staff, support marketing efforts, and participate in ongoing professional development in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in senior living or housing.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes and track interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct tours and secure new resident move-ins.
• Build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources.
• Ensure the community is clean, welcoming, and tour-ready.
• Support marketing initiatives, business development, and social media presence.
• Collaborate with the Community Director, coordinators, and staff.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
