Jaybird Senior Living in Iowa is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive community growth by converting inquiries into tours and move-ins. You will build trust, nurture relationships, and present the community with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include responding quickly to inquiries, conducting tours, and collaborating with staff to support marketing initiatives and growth across the community.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of senior living or housing sales experience.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with the elderly and ability to close sales.

Mansioni

• Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes and log interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct tours and secure new resident move-ins.
• Build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources.
• Ensure the community is clean, welcoming, and tour-ready.
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in staff collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Community Director and other coordinators.
• Pursue professional development and continuous learning.
