Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive community growth by converting inquiries into tours and tours into move-ins. You will build trust with prospective residents, families, and referral sources while representing the community with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include responding quickly to inquiries, conducting tours, and collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming environment and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of senior living or housing sales experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with the elderly and ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes and track interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct tours and secure new resident move-ins.
• Build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources.
• Ensure the community is clean, welcoming, and tour-ready.
• Support marketing initiatives, business development, and social media presence.
• Collaborate with the Community Director, coordinators, and staff.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
