Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive community growth by converting inquiries into tours and tours into move-ins. You will build trust with prospects, families, and referral sources while maintaining a welcoming, tour-ready environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for helping the elderly, with opportunities for professional development and collaboration with staff and leadership.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of sales experience, senior living or housing preferred.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with the elderly and ability to close sales.

Mansioni

• Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes and track interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct tours and secure new resident move-ins.
• Build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources.
• Ensure the community is clean, welcoming, and tour-ready.
• Support marketing initiatives, business development, and social media presence.
• Collaborate with the Community Director, coordinators, and staff.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
