Concierge Home Care is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in assisted living and senior living communities within Hillsborough County, FL. You will build referral networks, partner with leadership, and push home health census growth in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have established ALF relationships and a proven book of business, with strong closing skills and a drive for census expansion and high earnings potential.

Qualificações

• Proven senior living / assisted living relationships (required).
• Established book of business within ALFs or senior living communities (required).
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently within a territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build & grow referral relationships within assisted living and senior living communities.
• Partner with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and Care Teams.
• Drive home health census growth by meeting/exceeding monthly goals.
• Conduct resident assessments and identify home health care needs.
• Serve as a resident advocate, ensuring seamless transitions to home health services.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
• Provide education and in-services to community staff, residents, and families.
