Concierge Home Care in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to drive census growth and build referrals within Broward County. You will manage relationships with senior living communities, coordinate services, and advocate for residents transitioning to home care.

The ideal candidate has an active book of business in the territory and healthcare sales experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active book of business within the territory is REQUIRED.
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison is preferred.
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within senior living communities.
• Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners.
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources.
