Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Senior Living. You own our largest multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contracts, with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports.

Lead negotiations with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders through long, consultative cycles. You will expand to more locations and services as groups sign, guided by strategists and leadership in proposals.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
