SageGrove in Olathe is looking for a Director of Sales to manage sales and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing our community's success and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and strong technical skills. You will be responsible for driving occupancy goals, managing the sales process, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience in a senior living or related industry.
• Proven sales skills with a solid understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Drive occupancy goals and maximize community census.
• Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to close.
• Coordinate and lead engaging events to generate new leads.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Oversee the resident move-in process and ensure compliance.
• Set high expectations for first impressions and community appearance.
