Mission Health Communities in Kansas City, MO is seeking a full-time Senior Living Sales Director to lead business development, move-in processes, and occupancy strategy for our senior living communities.

The ideal candidate will have health care marketing experience, familiarity with lease-up, and the ability to build referral networks among professionals while delivering compassionate, resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: 2 years’ experience in health care related marketing.
• Preferred: experience with lease-up.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Computer knowledgeable including Word and Excel.
• A desire to work with seniors.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Living Sales Director is responsible for business development, move-in processes and the development and maintenance of occupancy.
• The ideal candidate represents the senior living apartments to professionals and the community to expand referral base, and continuously analyzes the marketplace and determining the changing needs of the facility’s consumers.
