Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience (2-5 years preferred), with prior experience in senior living strongly preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute revenue-generating sales activities to support growth.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and walk-ins, converting leads into move-ins.
• Develop and maintain outreach to expand professional referral networks.
• Conduct discovery with prospects to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
• Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and move prospects through decisions.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and healthcare providers for referrals and added value.
