Arrow Senior Living’s Vitalia Rockside community in Seven Hills, OH seeks a Senior Living Coordinator to guide prospective residents through the process with empathy and clear information. You will lead tours, collect inquiries, and cultivate relationships to aid families in choosing the right senior living solution.

You will manage lead bases, schedule visits, and coordinate with the team to ensure a welcoming, informative experience for prospects and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at a 12th grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Healthy and able to perform required tasks; TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate leads through phone calls, tours, and home visits; document activities.
• Create human connections with potential residents and families during the search process.
• Enter leads accurately in the database and provide necessary information on senior living options.
• Deliver hospitable lead experiences during tours and community events.
