Arrow Senior Living’s Vitalia Rockside community in Seven Hills, OH seeks a Senior Living Coordinator to guide prospective residents through the process with empathy and clear information. You will lead tours, collect inquiries, and cultivate relationships to aid families in choosing the right senior living solution.

You will manage lead bases, schedule visits, and coordinate with the team to ensure a welcoming, informative experience for prospects and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at a 12th grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Healthy and able to perform required tasks; TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate leads through phone calls, tours, and home visits; document activities.
• Create human connections with potential residents and families during the search process.
• Enter leads accurately in the database and provide necessary information on senior living options.
• Deliver hospitable lead experiences during tours and community events.

Position- Senior Living Coordinator
Position Type: Full Time

Location: Seven Hills, OH

Salary Range: $48,880 to $61,880

Bonus Opportunity: Up to $4,000 per month
Shift Schedule-

Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

with alternating weekends

What are we looking for?

• To be an Empathetic Empathizer: Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy. It will be your job to create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time.
• To be a Communicator of Knowledge: Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into database and that leads are provided all necessary and helpful information on senior living, as well as next-step options in their current search.
• To be a Lead Base Liaison: Strategically cultivate leads through use of phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.
• To be a Hospitable Host: Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
• You shall possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You will be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• You must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
