Senior Resource Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales department and move-ins at the community. You will build trust with prospects, showcase life in the community, and support tours when the Sales Director is unavailable.

This role emphasizes CRM activity, timely lead follow-up, and collaboration with the sales and community teams to deliver an exceptional experience. A strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other business-related software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads in CRM and inquiries within two hours.
• Schedule in-person community tours and provide tours when needed.
• Assist in organizing community sales events and manage catering worksheets.
• Follow-up with leads in the CRM to schedule new and repeat tours.
