Arrow Senior Living in Seven Hills, OH, is hiring a Resident Services Director to lead a vibrant activities program and cultivate a welcoming, resident-centered environment. You’ll shape events, oversee engagement, and ensure top-tier service for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

You will manage a team, partner with care staff, and promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence in daily interactions with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• At least one year of experience in conducting group activities and evaluating resident needs, supervising staff, and training volunteers.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Able to read, write, and understand English at 12th grade level or higher.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude; professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Health screening by a physician within six months prior to or seven days after employment; TB test required before start.

Salary Range- $52,000 to $67,080

and up to $4,000 in performance based bonuses- annually

Shift Schedule-

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Manager on Duty Weekend Rotation 10am-2pm

• Be a Heart of the Community: As the leader of Resident Services, it’s your job to know each resident, their likes and dislikes, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction every day through compassionate, first-class service.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You s hall have at least one year of experience in conducting group activities and be knowledgeable in evaluating resident needs, supervising other employees, and in training volunteers.
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency.
• You will possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills if needed.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude.
• You must be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must have a clean driving record as per the insured’s policy.
• Possess and maintain the specific state-required chauffeur class license.
