Cogir Senior Living in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to guide new residents from inquiry to move-in. You will know the community’s services and represent it to referral sources and families, building strong relationships with residents and partners.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales, with a proven sales record and passion for serving seniors. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and marketing.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and may require evenings and/or weekends.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM experience (Yardi preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Relations Director in implementing plans to acquire and manage leads and increase census.
• Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail), complete inquiry forms, and follow up with correspondence.
• Give community tours and provide marketing information to prospective residents and families.
• Assist in preparing routine and special sales/marketing reports.
• Follow up with potential residents and referral sources.
• Assist with sales reports and activity boards.
• Assist with move-in documentation and processes.
• Aid residents and families during and after move-in.
• Maintain CRM data in Yardi accurately and timely.
• Foster relationships between residents and staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand care regulations to educate prospects on placement.
• Assist with setup/teardown of events.
