Qualifications

• Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with Life Care Plan/entry-fee sales.
• Ability to generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Clear communication of financial and lifestyle benefits to residents and families.
