Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care in accordance with nurse practice act and regulations.
• Coordinate care with Director of Nursing and supervise care staff.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications per five rights and MAR procedures.
• Assist with resident education and communication with families and physicians.
• Promote safety and support fall prevention initiatives.
