Cedarhurst Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team part-time. You will deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care under physician orders, in alignment with individualized service plans and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current state license.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with nurse practice act and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to oversee care staff.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications following the five rights.
• Support residents’ nutritional/hydration needs and daily living activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
