Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care in line with physician orders and individualized service plans.

You will lead care staff, promote safety, and maintain strong communication with residents, families, physicians, and leadership while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in common digital tools and applications including Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in accordance with regulations and physician orders.
• Assist Director of Nursing with oversight of care staff and resident needs.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and as required.
• Administer and document medications following five rights and MAR processes.
• Support resident education, safety initiatives, and effective communication with families and physicians.
