Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care in alignment with physician orders and individualized plans. The role includes medication administration, assessments, and leadership with staff to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer and document medications following the five rights.
• Review and update assessments and care plans.
• Support residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Record observations and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Coordinate with care staff to promote safety and quality of life.
