Cedarhurst Living is seeking an LPN or RN to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care under physician orders and individualized service plans. You will supervise care staff, promote safety, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians to support well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing care staff regarding residents’ needs.
• Review and revise care plans at admission and with changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications accurately and safely.
• Conduct resident education plans and coordinate with physicians and families.
