Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an active state license.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with electronic health record systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services in accordance with regulations and care plans.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to guide care staff.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and as conditions change.
• Administer medications accurately and document therapies.
• Assist with resident education and families as needed.
• Monitor residents, report changes, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain a safe, restraint-free environment and support fall prevention.
