Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to promote residents' health and wellbeing. You will collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver holistic nursing care and support families.

The role emphasizes clinical duties, care planning, documentation, and resident advocacy within a continuing care community in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, psychosocial, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the electronic medical record accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
