Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN). The RN enhances residents' health and wellbeing by coordinating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care staff to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include clinical nursing tasks, medication administration, and collaborating on holistic care plans while supporting residents’ independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience required.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care per the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice.
• Promote resident independence and collaborate with residents and families.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to needs.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record.
