• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/family members.
• Monitor resident clinical status and act on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and maintain accuracy.
