Job summary

The Springs Living is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support our Assisted Living team at The Springs at Greer Gardens. The RSC serves as a key connection point between residents, families, and staff, driving organized, compassionate care in a fast-paced senior living setting.

This leadership role requires someone who can train and coach caregivers, ensure care planning, and collaborate with RN and Health Services Administrator to uphold high standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, or similar senior living leadership role.
• Hands-on health services experience as a caregiver or CNA.
• Experience with medication administration is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to stay focused and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent attendance and flexibility to work as needed.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a primary contact for residents and families regarding resident care.
• Coordinating and communicating changes in resident needs and care.
• Monitoring alert charting and communication logs.
• Ensuring Health Services team members are informed and equipped to provide appropriate care.
• Overseeing care planning and partnering with residents and families.
• Training, coaching, and supporting caregivers and medication technicians.
• Collaborating with RN and Health Services Administrator.
• Maintaining high standards of care, communication, and service.
• Other duties as assigned.
