Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to serve as the main contact for Assisted Living residents, their families, and staff. You will ensure clear communication and collaborate with the community RN to maintain accurate resident care.

Responsibilities include monitoring alert charting, coordinating physician appointments, and overseeing service planning, scheduling, and staff development to deliver compassionate, high-quality care daily.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent attendance and flexibility to work as needed.
• Prior experience in senior living or healthcare community, preferably involving caregiving medication administration.
• Strong computer skills; ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to hold and maintain the staffing phone in rotation with managers/ leads; coordinate floor coverage.
• Sincere appreciation for elders and respect for caregivers, med techs, and the work they do.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents and families.
• Monitor alert charting and communication logs; inform Health Services of care changes.
• Schedule physician and health-related appointments for residents.
• Oversee service planning and staff recruitment/development.
• Collaborate with the community RN to ensure care accuracy.
