Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director in Rocklin, CA to lead the resident services team, coordinate staffing, and develop care plans across Ansel Park.

The role requires RN or LVN, at least 1 year management in an assisted living or memory care setting, strong communication and computer skills, and availability for evenings/weekends; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Assist in coordination of move-in/move-out to ensure a smooth transition for resident and family.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
