Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead the resident services department by coordinating staffing, developing care plans, working with physicians and discharge planners, and communicating with family members to ensure the highest-quality care for seniors.

This full-time role at Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Miracle Hills requires RN or LVN licensure and management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting, with strong communication and availability

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN or LVN licensure.
• Minimum management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of caregivers.
• Plan and delegate work assignments and ensure effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate family involvement and coordinate move-in/out processes.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
