Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Director to lead the resident services department within a Santa Fe Trails community. The role focuses on staffing, care planning, physician and discharge coordination, and family communication to ensure the highest quality care for seniors.

The position requires a nursing degree (RN or LVN) with 1+ years of management in Assisted Living or Memory Care, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments with effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents and coordinate with families.
• Facilitate family involvement and smooth move-in/move-out processes.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
