Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Rocklin, CA seeks an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and build a strong caregiving team, ensuring resident-centered services across the neighborhood.

You will recruit, hire and develop staff, manage scheduling and timekeeping, coordinate assessments with clinical teams, monitor resident changes, collaborate with activities and dining, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency
