Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dependable Resident Services Director to lead the resident services department, coordinating staffing, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and discharge planners. The role emphasizes family communication and high-quality care for seniors, with overnight on-call RN support.

The position is based at one of Sagora’s communities offering independent living, assisted living, or memory care, with opportunities for growth and a strong team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, physicians, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Assist in coordination of resident move-in and move-out to ensure smooth transitions.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
