Job summary

HumanGood in Wayne, PA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who will organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet psycho-social needs of residents and help them live independently in the community.

This full-time role requires 1+ year case management, 2+ years social services in a senior care setting, a BA in social work or related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin. Benefits and a competitive pay range accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs
• Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
• Promoting a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
