HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who is passionate, organized, and compassionate toward residents. You will organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet psycho-social needs and help residents live independently in the community.

Full-time role in Havertown, with a 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. You will assess needs, coordinate services, maintain records, ensure HIPAA privacy, and collaborate with the team to promote a positive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards.
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members.
