Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• 1+ year in case management required.
• 2+ years social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
