The Springs Living is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Health Services to support the Director of Health Services in memory care clinical operations and resident wellbeing. You will lead nursing teams, ensure medication accuracy, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Senior living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate effectively.
• Comfortable using electronic charting systems and computer applications.
• Knowledge of state healthcare regulations and clinical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee resident health and wellness programs within the community.
• Perform resident assessments including move-in and quarterly reviews.
• Monitor medication administration systems and MAR documentation.
• Train and mentor medication technicians for quality care.
• Review pharmacy consultant reports and follow up on recommendations.
• Investigate medication errors and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits related to medication administration and regulatory compliance.
• Support infection control procedures and health initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and families on resident care.
• Participate in quality assurance and service planning.
