Job summary

Atria Signature - Tarzana is searching for a conscientious concierge to assist residents with daily requests, transportation, and dining coordination. You will be the go-to contact for residents and their families, ensuring smooth service and timely responses in a warm community setting.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, basic First Aid/CPR where required, and be able to work varied shifts. Training programs will be provided to ensure excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with residents and team.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle routine tasks.
• Ability to work varied schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for resident requests and calls (non-emergency).
• Coordinate services for residents and family members (delivery, reservations, transportation).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Answer questions about local stores, attractions and services.
• Ensure lobby and restrooms are clean and welcoming and manage ambience.
• Coordinate community transportation schedules and appointments.
• Liaise between dining room and residents; manage reservations and RSVPs.
• May supervise front desk staff and drivers; provide coverage as needed.
• Operate company vehicle if required by community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
