Qualifications

• CRMA certification required.
• PSS training completion required.
• Immunization proof may be required.
• Valid Maine driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training and mentoring to staff; assist with evaluations.
• Facilitate development and evaluation of resident services; monitor care quality.
• Coordinate pre-admission/admission to maintain census and support prospective residents and families.
• Coordinate assessment and service plan process to address resident needs and interventions.
• Report complaints or grievances to Administrator/Executive Director.
