Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in therapeutic care of older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic physical therapy services to residents across settings.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments meeting residents' needs.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Implement residents' care plans focusing on individual strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' care.
