Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents with person-centered care across our campus. You will deliver therapies in multiple settings and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to help residents maintain independence and comfort.

This role requires an associate’s degree in a PTA program, current CPR certification, and a state license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant program required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Valid state license in physical therapy, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across care settings.
• Follow Medicare and state regulations, and company policies.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address needs.
• Ensure documentation and reimbursement processes meet requirements.
