Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents with holistic, person-centered care across the continuum of care.

You will provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with Medicare, state and federal regulations, and facility policies while focusing on residents’ strengths and preferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in physical therapy assistant program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A valid current state license in physical therapy in the state where the community provides service.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments to meet residents’ needs across the Erickson Senior Living continuum of care.
• Provide holistic care addressing residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies; ensure documentation, billing, resident rights, and compliance.
