Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in physical therapy assistant program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A valid current state license in physical therapy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments to residents across care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state regulations and company policies in documentation and billing.
