You will implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with the clinical team, and ensure compliant documentation and billing practices in a supportive, on-site setting with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate’s degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program. (≥140 characters)

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy treatments to residents across care settings.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and implement prescribed care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/state regulations, documentation, and billing policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
• Support resident rights, customer service, and quality of care across the community.
