Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide person-centered care for residents across our campus. You will deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments, supporting residents’ daily living and mobility within a continuum of care.

The role requires an associate’s degree in physical therapy assisting, current CPR certification, and state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in physical therapy assistant program required and meets Medicare/state personnel requirements.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience with therapeutic care of the older adult across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Valid state license in physical therapy for the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic physical therapy treatments to meet residents’ needs in all settings across the Erickson Senior Living community continuum.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies to ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, resident rights, customer service, and related requirements.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines, while providing comfort and companionship.
• Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed throughout their care.
