Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide resident-centered therapy across our continuum of care on our Springfield, Virginia campus.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized plans, ensure compliant documentation, and uphold the highest standards of care for older adults in a vibrant continuing care community.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA licensure and practice.
• Current CPR certification and state PTA license where applicable.
• Experience providing therapy care to older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy services to residents across care settings.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Follow Medicare/state regulations, documentation, and billing guidelines.
• Implement personalized care plans and ensure resident comfort and dignity.
