Springs of Catawba is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities and promote independence in a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor residents health, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities and events.
• Maintain clean, safe living spaces and follow infection control protocols.
