Four Oaks Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

The role involves ADL assistance, health monitoring, hydration, feeding support, and promoting resident dignity. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered; background check and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; PCA/CNA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration.
• Monitor health and report changes to nursing staff; assist with medication reminders as needed.
• Encourage social engagement and activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control protocols; respond to emergencies as needed.
