Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide meal assistance, hydration, and feeding support.
• Monitor health, report changes to nursing staff, assist with reminders and safety.
