Job summary

Zebulon House is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities and promote independence in a safe, nurturing environment.

The PCA will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and encourage participation in community activities, all while following infection control standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with PCA/CNA training encouraged and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of state-approved PCA/CNA/caregiver training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor health and report changes to the nursing team; assist with medication reminders.
